Specialized Classes - Other Fun Classes in the Gym
 
 
 
Trampoline:
It's fun to jump!  It is also fun to learn all those cool snowboard jump moves with a great coach standing by. This class teaches skills to enhance body tension, trunk stability and spatial awareness to make a child more aware and able to control himself as he moves through space; upside down or right side up.  Trampoline safety and progressions are our priorities. 
Ages: 6 years and older
Ratio: 8 students to 1 teacher
Duration: 60 minutes


Tumbling:
This class focuses completely on tumbling; from forward rolls to handsprings and flips. Using the 40 ft. Tumble Trak trampolines and the spring floor, girls learn front and back tumbling skills. Many students take tumbling to improve their cheerleading or dance.

: 12 years and older (girls)
Ratio: 8 students to 1 teacher
Duration: 60 minutes

Parkour/Free Running:
The world of gymnastics gets turned upside down when students use obstacles and structures to perform gymnastics stunts.  Students should possess the desire to move their bodies over, under and through ordinary objects.  Classes taught with emphasis on safety awareness of appropriate places to try out their 'new moves'.
Ages: 9 years and older (boys and girls)
Ratio: 8 students to 1 teacher
Duration: 60 minutes
