General Information
Registration:
Registration can be done either in person at Lone Mountain or over the phone, but we recommend on site enrollment.  Please be prepared to spend a few minutes registering your child, the process of which has three goals:

1. To place your child in the most appropriate class
2. To update all family information and complete necessary paperwork
3. To educate families about policies, procedures and to help them feel comfortable and welcome

Payment is due at the time of enrollment and the medical release form and tuition agreement needs to be filled out.

For your child's safety, classes have a maximum number of children that can participate.  Class openings change very quickly and may not be available if you hesitate on registering your child.  If you are unable to get into a desired class, the front desk staff can place your child on a wait list and will notify you as soon as there is an opening.

Money Back Guarantee
We are proud of the programs that we offer and will back it up with a 100% money back guarantee.  If within the first two weeks of any class participation you are unhappy with the class, we will withdraw your child from the class and either refund 100% of your tuition and registration if your child is new to our program or we will extend a credit for 100% of the unused portion of your tuition toward another class or to a future class.

Annual Family Registration Fee:
The $34 registration fee is a flat fee due upon initial registration and then annually every year after.  The fee helps cover the administrative costs incurred in running the programs we offer and is non-refundable after two weeks of participation in classes.

Continuous Enrollment:
All classes at LMGSS are maintained and scheduled as ongoing, continuous classes from August through May, and therefore, all students are enrolled as ongoing, continuous participants until we are notified that the student is dropping.  Our goal is to constantly challenge your child in class.  Teachers will inform you when it is appropriate to change classes.  If you have any questions about class, please do not hesitate to ask.
